Our Social Goals

Our work contributes to tackling social inequality, discrimination and underrepresentation.  We empower communities, improve the quality of people’s lives and act as a catalyst for cultural and social change:

  • Closing the disability employment gap
  • Increase access to employment & break down barriers
  • Transform the lives of working parents
  • Tackling loneliness and isolation
  • Improving the (working) lives of people in later life
  • Breaking down the stigma of mental health
  • Promote & uphold equality & human rights
  • Reduce inequalities - Raise your voice against discrimination
  • Gender equality
  • Bullying and harassment prevention
  • Good health and wellbeing
  • Ending poverty / Zero Hunger
  • Sustainable cities and communities
  • Quality education
  • Reducing (male) suicide
  • Supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goal

Our work supports other organisations

We are way more than just about profit.  Our business is a force for good and we're deeply committed to giving back.  The more profit we make, the more we give back.  Here’s some of the ways we do this:

  • 5% of our fees from our coaching programmes will go to  Young Women's Trust (charity supporting and representing women aged 16-30 struggling to live on low or no pay in England and Wales and who are at risk of being trapped in poverty)
  • For every new organisation that signs up to work with us, we will donate 5% of the first invoice to Wateraid (charity campaigning for cleaner water, decent toilets and good hygiene)
  • We will donate 10% of the profits from every group training or workshop to Unicef (charity working in countries to save children's lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through adolescence)

We’re going to change lives, through our work, our services, our networks, our campaigning and our donations.
