Flexible Working

Flex Your Way Back To Work

We support working parents and parents-to-be to navigate the flexible working process, submit flexible working applications or appeals, and provide return to work coaching.

Return To Work Coaching – Flexible Working Focused

The coaching will give you the headspace and thinking time to review your new position and focus on you and what’s next. It will help you to get clarity on what your values, purpose and goals are linked to your family, work, career and personal life. The sessions will support you to identify a work pattern that could create the life style you desire and guide you through the process to make the request. 3 x 1-hour sessions

Flexible Working Request Advice

A 1-hour phone call to get clarity on what you are proposing and solidly position your request. You will be supported and challenged to identify a proposal that will work for you and your employer. We help you to come up with workable recommendations for how the work in your team will be reorganised, look at the potential recruitment needs and how they could be resolved, look at the impact on quality, customer/client care, your performance, team performance and colleagues’ workloads, rota cover and managing handovers. Follow up email advice provided.
